The P22-1606 Bonham Quay Block A development is a modern commercial office building forming part of the Bonham Quay urban business district. The building is designed to accommodate corporate office, administrative, and commercial workspace functions.
The structure is typically a mid-rise commercial building, generally ranging from approximately five to seven storeys depending on the final design configuration. It includes contemporary office floor plates, reception areas, meeting and conference rooms, breakout and collaboration spaces, service cores, plant rooms, and supporting circulation areas.
P22-1606 Bonham Quay Block A – Fire & Security Installation Works
Rostek carried out fire alarm and security installation works at the P22-1606 Bonham Quay Block A development. The scope included installation of fire detection devices, alarm control panels, sounders, emergency interfaces, and associated cabling infrastructure to ensure comprehensive fire safety coverage across office areas, circulation spaces, and plant/service zones. Security works included installation of access control systems, CCTV surveillance infrastructure, intrusion detection systems, and monitoring interfaces to support building safety and controlled access throughout the facility.
