What we did: Full electrical Install
The Fairclough Group MetLife project relates to a commercial office development designed to accommodate corporate administrative, operational, and business support functions. The building typically provides modern office workspace along with supporting business infrastructure.
Buildings of this type are generally mid-rise commercial structures, commonly ranging from approximately three to six storeys depending on site layout and building configuration. Internal spaces usually include open-plan office areas, meeting and conference rooms, reception areas, collaboration zones, staff welfare facilities, IT/server rooms, plant and service areas, and associated circulation spaces.
Fairclough Group – MetLife – Electrical Installation Works
Rostek carried out the full electrical installation works for the Fairclough Group MetLife commercial office development. The scope included installation of main electrical intake equipment, primary and secondary distribution boards, containment systems, and full internal wiring throughout all office floors and support areas. Works also comprised installation of general and feature lighting, emergency lighting systems, small power services, data containment infrastructure, and integration with mechanical plant and building management systems.
Additional elements included power supplies for IT/server rooms, meeting and conference facilities, reception areas, welfare spaces, plant rooms, and external lighting where required. All systems were tested, commissioned, and delivered in accordance with current electrical standards and project specifications.
