Rostek carried out fire alarm and security system installation works as part of the P21-1428 Diligent-2 commercial office fit-out project. The scope included installation and commissioning of fire detection devices, alarm panels, sounders, emergency interfaces, and associated cabling infrastructure to ensure comprehensive fire safety coverage across office spaces, meeting rooms, circulation areas, and support facilities. Security works included installation of access control systems, intrusion detection, CCTV infrastructure, and monitoring interfaces to enhance building security while integrating with existing building services and ensuring minimal disruption during the fit-out phase.
