What we did: Fire and Security Install
Liberty at Bonham Quay is a modern commercial office development forming part of the Bonham Quay business district. The building is designed to accommodate corporate office, administrative, and commercial workspace functions with supporting business infrastructure.
The structure is typically a mid-rise commercial office building, generally ranging from approximately five to seven storeys depending on final configuration. Internal spaces commonly include open-plan office floor plates, meeting and conference rooms, reception areas, collaboration zones, staff welfare facilities, IT/server rooms, plant and service areas, and shared circulation cores including lifts and stair access.
Liberty, Bonham Quay – Fire & Security Installation Works
Rostek carried out the fire alarm and security systems installation at Liberty, Bonham Quay. The scope of works included installation of addressable fire detection devices, alarm control panels, sounders, emergency interfaces, and associated containment and cabling infrastructure throughout office floors, circulation areas, plant rooms, and shared spaces. The system was installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with current fire safety standards to ensure full building coverage and compliance.
Security works included installation of access control systems, CCTV surveillance infrastructure, intrusion detection systems, and associated cabling to provide controlled access and monitored security across reception areas, office levels, core circulation spaces, and restricted plant zones. Systems were integrated to meet commercial office operational requirements while maintaining safety and secure tenant access throughout the building.
