The P20-1349 Oranmore development by Kingscroft Developments Ltd is a modern 200 unit residential construction project delivered in multiple phases, including associated civil infrastructure works. The scheme typically comprises a mix of residential unit types such as houses and duplex/apartment units depending on the specific phase layout.
Housing elements generally include terraced and semi-detached dwellings, while apartment or duplex units may be incorporated in selected blocks. Buildings are typically low-rise, with houses usually two storeys and apartment or duplex blocks ranging from approximately two to four storeys.

Rostek carried out the full electrical installation for the P20-1349 Oranmore residential development on behalf of Kingscroft Developments Ltd. The works included installation of main electrical distribution systems, meter connections, internal and external lighting, emergency lighting, small power services, containment systems, and structured cabling throughout residential units and common areas. Additional works involved electrical infrastructure for site civils, including external lighting, service connections, and coordination with utility services to support the overall development.
