The development usually comprises multiple retail units arranged along internal or external circulation areas, with anchor tenants where applicable, along with service corridors, storage areas, plant rooms, staff facilities, and associated support infrastructure.
Oranmore Shopping Centre – Fire Alarm & AOV Upgrade Works
Rostek carried out fire alarm and Automatic Opening Vent (AOV) upgrade works at Oranmore Shopping Centre. The scope included upgrading fire detection devices, alarm control panels, sounders, emergency interfaces, and associated containment and cabling infrastructure to improve system reliability, safety coverage, and compliance with current fire safety standards. AOV works included upgrades to smoke ventilation systems, control panels, actuators, and associated electrical interfaces to ensure effective smoke control and safe evacuation conditions within the retail environment. All works were completed while maintaining ongoing shopping centre operations.
