The P20-1360 Crows Nest Student Accommodation development is a purpose-built student residential facility designed to provide modern accommodation for university students. The building comprises apartment-style student units with shared kitchen and living areas, individual study bedrooms, and associated communal facilities to support student living.
The development is a mid-rise structure, typically ranging from approximately four to six storeys depending on the final design and site configuration. The building is designed to maximise space efficiency, natural light, and functionality while providing safe, managed accommodation with shared social, study, and support facilities.

Rostek carried out the fire alarm installation at the P20-1360 Crows Nest Student Accommodation development. The works included installation of fire detection devices, alarm panels, sounders, emergency interfaces, and associated cabling infrastructure to ensure full fire detection coverage across residential units, circulation areas, and communal facilities. The system was installed and commissioned in line with current fire safety standards to enhance occupant safety while supporting efficient building management.
