Prospect Hill, Finglas is a residential apartment development designed to provide multi-unit urban housing within a managed residential scheme. The project comprises purpose-built apartment blocks rather than traditional housing types.
The development typically consists of low- to mid-rise apartment buildings, generally ranging from approximately three to five storeys depending on the specific block configuration. The scheme includes multiple self-contained apartment units arranged within shared circulation cores incorporating stairwells and lift access.
Prospect Hill, Finglas – Electrical Installation Works
Rostek carried out the full electrical installation for the Prospect Hill apartment development in Finglas. The scope of works included installation of main electrical distribution systems, meter connections, landlord distribution boards, containment infrastructure, and internal wiring throughout all residential units and common areas. Works also comprised installation of internal and external lighting, emergency lighting systems, small power services, fire alarm interfaces, smoke and heat detection systems, data and TV points, and lift power supplies.
Additional works included electrical infrastructure for shared circulation areas, plant rooms, and external site services such as street and car park lighting, service ducting, and coordination with utility providers for grid connection and commissioning.
