What we did: Fire Alarm Install
The Road Runner Dexcom project relates to a specialised industrial and technology facility designed to support medical device manufacturing, research, operational support, and associated administrative functions. The building is typically configured to accommodate regulated production environments, technical laboratories, and supporting operational infrastructure.
Facilities of this type are generally low- to mid-rise industrial buildings, commonly ranging from approximately one to three storeys depending on operational requirements and plant configuration. The development typically includes production areas, cleanrooms, laboratory spaces, office accommodation, plant and service areas, storage zones, loading facilities, staff welfare areas, and associated operational support infrastructure.
Road Runner Dexcom – Fire Alarm Installation Works
Rostek carried out the fire alarm installation at the Road Runner Dexcom industrial and technology facility. The scope of works included installation of fire detection devices, addressable alarm control panels, sounders, emergency interfaces, and associated containment and cabling infrastructure throughout production areas, cleanrooms, laboratories, offices, plant rooms, storage zones, and circulation spaces. The system was installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with current fire safety standards and industry compliance requirements to ensure reliable detection and life safety protection within a regulated manufacturing environment.
