Trinzo at Crown Square is a modern commercial office development forming part of the Crown Square urban business district. The building is designed to accommodate corporate office, administrative, and commercial workspace functions with supporting business infrastructure.
The structure is typically a mid-rise commercial office building, generally ranging from approximately four to six storeys depending on the final design configuration. Internal spaces commonly include open-plan office floor plates, meeting and conference rooms, reception areas, collaboration zones, staff welfare facilities, IT/server rooms, plant and service areas, and shared circulation cores including lifts and stair access.



Trinzo, Crown Square – Electrical Installation Works
Rostek carried out the full electrical package for the Trinzo development at Crown Square. The scope of works included installation of main electrical intake equipment, primary and secondary distribution boards, containment systems, internal and external lighting installations, emergency lighting systems, small power services, and structured cabling infrastructure throughout office floors and support areas. Works also included electrical supplies to mechanical plant, building management system interfaces, IT/server rooms, reception areas, welfare facilities, and shared circulation zones. All systems were installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with current electrical standards and project specifications.
